ANTAPH∑ (ANTARES):

Nocellara Etnea only. Organoleptic characteristics (from “L'Olio” 2007 - Bibenda Editore): golden green color. Sophisticated and fascinating smell, with an intact olfactory wealth, vegetal and lymphatic, from which emerge the smell of fresh-mowed grass, artichoke, and the firm aroma of field balm. The taste has a strong structure, on a frame from which rise the cardoon and the black pepper. Later emerges the grapefruit which donates a hint of the citrus-bitter kind, harmonic and very exuberant.

KYAMO∑OPO∑ (CIMASORO): blend of Nocellara Etnea, Moresca, Tonda Iblea, Nocellara del Belice and Cerasuola.

Aromatized oils, for maceration of herbs and spices, of the Nocellara Etnea variety only. Oils for tasting, with digestive, carminative and stomachic properties. Made upon request only, taking about one month for the infusion to be ready.
